Whilst we endeavour to meet your delivery deadline, we have no control over the delivery times or any delays caused by third party couriers. As such, no responsibility is taken for delays in delivery by third party couriers. The customer is responsible for making delivery available at the nominated address. If a failed delivery occurs, the customer is responsible for arranging a redelivery time with the courier directly. Consignment numbers are available on request.
• Payment must be made prior to production.
• Prices are based on print ready artwork and subject to sighting of artwork.
• Orders may not be cancelled once approved by the client.
• Any changes to your order after artwork and payment is confirmed will incur minimum $50 admin fee. (This includes, but not limited to, change of delivery address, any changes to the order or artwork).
• Extra charges may apply and all prices are subject to change without notice.

• We may use photographic and physical examples of printed work for promotional purposes, including on websites, printed material and other electronic forms of communication.
Pricing is based on print ready artwork: Supplied by client on our template downloadable from the appropriate banner flag page on our website: www.bannersflags.com.au
*Artwork services available if required: Fees apply for basic artwork x 1 kind and pdf proof via email. Includes 1 revision. Additional revisions at additional cost.

PMS Colour Matching: If you require any colour matching service (i.e: PMS, hard copy match), please contact our sales staff prior to placing an order. If you do
not request colour matching whilst placing an order, we do not offer any warranty on colour discrepancies between artwork supplied and
the actual print out. All colours are printed CMYK. PMS colours may be supplied as a reference for printing. If PMS colour matching is required, a sample swatch can be printed at a cost of $100.00 per PMS colour plus GST.
*Production Leadtime: Approx 7-8 working days plus delivery. Once orders have been approved for print, cancellations are not possible.

Single vs Double Sided
Single sided is translucent and your flag will view correct reading one side only with the reverse side showing mirror image reverse.
Double sided is separated by a block-out material to prevent show-through and your flag will be the correct reading both sides.
